Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number. Your password is never stored — we keep only a bcrypt hash of it, which cannot be reversed back into your password.

When you place an order we store the delivery addresses you enter, the items ordered, and the order total. We keep a snapshot of each product's name, SKU and price at the time of purchase so your order history stays accurate even if the product later changes.

If you write a review, the review text, rating and your display name are stored and shown publicly once approved.

We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials. Online payments are processed by Razorpay, and those details are entered on Razorpay's systems, not ours.

What we receive back from Razorpay is limited to a payment identifier, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded or failed. Razorpay processes your payment data under their own privacy policy.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It holds a random session identifier — not your name, email or password — and it is marked httpOnly, so scripts running in your browser cannot read it.

The session expires after seven days, or immediately when you log out. Without this cookie you cannot stay signed in, so it cannot be disabled while using an account.

We do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those cookies are set.

To create and secure your account, process and deliver your orders, respond to your questions, show your order history, and — where you have bought the product — allow you to review it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Only where it is needed to complete what you asked for: Razorpay for payment processing, and delivery partners for the address and phone number needed to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect against fraud.

Account and order records are kept while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to retain sales records.

Login sessions are deleted when they expire or when you log out.

You can view and edit your profile and saved addresses at any time from your account pages. To request a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete your account, contact us using the details below.

Some records, such as completed orders, may need to be retained even after account deletion to meet legal obligations.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use random identifiers stored in httpOnly cookies. Administrative areas are restricted to staff accounts.

No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you do not reuse elsewhere, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

This site is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to account holders.
