We show two prices for most products: a retail price, and a lower bulk price that applies once you order at or above the stated minimum quantity. The price you pay is the one shown in your cart at checkout.

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Hardware pricing moves frequently, and we may change prices at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud.

Stock counts on the site are kept up to date, but in the rare case an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

We accept online payment through Razorpay, and cash on delivery where that option is offered at checkout. Orders paid online are processed once payment is confirmed.

GST invoices are available on request, which matters if you are buying for a business and need to claim input credit.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the item. Estimates given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control are not something we can be held liable for.

Please check the package on arrival. Report visible transit damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so we can raise it with the courier.

New products carry the manufacturer's warranty, and warranty service is provided by the manufacturer or their authorised service centre under their terms.

Second hand and refurbished products carry the shop warranty stated on your bill at the time of purchase. That period varies by unit and is written on the invoice — please keep it, as it is your proof of cover.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, damage from incorrect voltage, or units opened or repaired by someone else.

Diagnosis is free and you will be quoted a price before any repair work begins. No work is carried out until you approve that price. If we cannot repair the machine, you do not pay for the attempt.

Please back up your data before handing over any device. We take reasonable care, but we cannot accept responsibility for data loss during repair — particularly where a storage device has already failed.

Devices left uncollected for more than 90 days after we notify you that the work is complete may be disposed of to recover costs.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the website.

Reviews may only be written for products you have actually bought, and are published after moderation. We remove reviews containing abuse, personal information, or content unrelated to the product.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
